Happy 44th National Day Singapore!
My only favourite thing of the parade every year is obviously, the parade! Duh!
All those hot men! Hahahaha! That's of course not the reason!
It's the patriotism! The guns! The march! The Singapore pride!
But I like the grids beside the stage for this year. Very cool.
Ok ok, the picture above is about 2 days ago when RP celebrated National Day.
We sang the National Anthem and took the pledge on that day, after 3 years! Feels so Secondary school. GG Family planned to wear the same colour at the very last minute the day before, and we camwhored during 2nd break. The photos were crazy.

One thing I like to point out that, I don't like ppl nowadays emphasise that 'National Day' is 'The Nation's Birthday'. If you ask kids nowadays "What Is National Day to you?" Their immediate answer will be, "To celebrate the Singapore's Birthday". It's not even a BIRTHday, who gave birth to Singapore? You tell me! Sheesh! Parents please do educate your child about the true meaning of National Day, let them understand that it is for the Nation's Indenpendence and not Birthday!
